The Grand Restaurant - Renowned for its authentic French cuisine and award winning wine list. The menu is under the supervision of Executive Chef Aurélien Poirot. On sunny days, tables are set in the inner courtyard garden of the hotel. The Grand Restaurant received the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence in 2008 and the Sterrenwijn Champagne - The Grand Restaurant Best Champagne Menu 2008. Opening hours: 6:00am-10:30pm.
